제품사용 중 선골에 금이 간것은 제품 보증 항목에 해당하지 않습니다. 장부(체결나사)를 포함하여 짧은 선골은 MSRP $12.95이고 긴선골은 $14.95입니다.
Please make sure they now understand ferrules are not under warranty if they crack it. For short ferrules if they just buy it with phenolic tendon you can ask $12.95 and for the long size $14.95.
